my computer decided not to be dead anymore!
i won the AP studio art exam!
i am eating dried apricots!
i shall embark on super fantastic adventures in watercolors such as this one, until i am less uncomfortable with watercolors. maybe even until i am too comfortable with them!
i am now freaking out about leaving for school

soooo...i've officially been bought out, everyone has a price right?
they say 'scholarship' but i know what happened..i've been bought.
its alright though, it was a pretty good deal after all.

Oh yes, i apologize to any friends reading this that i happen to owe commissions to! School's out so i finally have time to work on them, you'll be hearing from me soon.

you know i think i will need to do a few pieces purely traditional media, or purely digital (like that red one down there) because i'm always combining them. i think maybe i want to use lots of india ink, and possibly watercolor, i need to improve in watercolor!

also i found out this Swedish band Detektivbryan is magical, and they make me very happy.

finals are done, but i have had art aids..
art aids is a lot like an art block (analogous to writer's block), but with alliteration.
its been suggested that art herpes is a more accurate term, because much like herpes, it goes away, reappears, and is generally shameful...however, art herpes just does not roll off the tongue like art aids.

I am finally done! You do not know how ready I was to be done with these! (it was more than a little bit ready)
The AP concentration is finished (I'll probably do some tweaking before sending it off, but for the most part, it's DONE) !
So I'm free to draw/paint whatever i want...i'm thinking some bright pasteliness to make up for this coffee stained parchment overload..
anyways, the only thing left to do now is GRADUATE!
...not that finals will be a total cakewalk... ^_^;

I will start this off right!
Here is my bone man! He is a recurring character in my work, when I just don't know what else to do, there is always my bone man, standing right behind me, or posing dramatically behind me, whispering, "ZOMG PICK MEE! I WANTS TO BE TEH DRAWNZ AGAIN ROFL!" (he whispers in all caps, don't ask how, just accept it). He never has any arms, its really kind of tragical. Maybe someday I will give him his own series of drawings or comic or something like that, in which his ongoing quest for arms will be shown.
